At the heart of the Krutenau in Strasbourg the restaurant has 30 indoor seats and 30 seats on the terrace.
The restaurant les canailles offers a market cuisine based on products selected by our chef "Joel Margotton".
Vegetables mainly from Alsace and fish mainly from Brittany, with a regular live fish feed from a Breton auction, other products such as meats are also chosen with great care. In season the scoundrels take the time to smoke some beautiful fish like organic salmon or tuna loins.
The seasonal products are put forward with simplicity and greediness, a riffle touch accompanies many of our dishes.
It will not omit to report a wide and varied wine list, and also very affordable, inscribed on one of the walls of the restaurant, allowing fans to find some flasks to share with friends.

Closed: Tuesday evening, Saturday lunch and Sunday all day.
